Lodge Leadership Development a huge success!By Dave Sweeney, Website Adviser |
CAMPBELL UNIVERSITY — During the weekend of November 14-16 nearly 80 youths and adults of Lodge 104 leadership gathered for training which will guide the lodge for the coming year. Besides making our lodge better for all the Occoneechee arrowmen, the focus is to attain the prestigious National Quality Lodge distinction.
Held for the seventh year at Campbell University’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business, training sessions included; leadership, communication, unit elections, ceremonies, and even patch collecting, just to name just a few. Thanks to everyone involved for making this a successful weekend, and now let’s put this training into action! |

Occoneechee is currently raising money for the Charley Sullivan Lodge Training Center. Brad Starr is heading up the effort and has prepared a plan that outlines the fundraising and building process and provides all of the necessary details on how you can help.
As we try to reach our Capital Campaign goal of $75,000 by September 30th Rodney McDonald and Brad Starr will be calling members asking for help meeting this goal!
